IMPORTANT: Bib numbers will NOT be handed out on race day.

To collect your bib, it is mandatory to present the following documents (printed or digital):

1. Proof of registration or pick-up QR code.
2. ID card, passport, or any photo identification document.

The pick-up QR code will be sent along with the Final Race Instructions on February 23, 2026.

Yes, you may collect another participant’s bib by presenting their documentation.

To collect a third party’s bib, it is mandatory to present the following documents (printed or digital) of the registered participant:

Any participant who breaks this rule will be immediately disqualified and may face sanctions preventing them from participating in future editions and/or events organized by KDH Events.

Participants registered for any of the three distances of the Carrera de la Primavera may use the baggage storage service free of charge.

We remind you that the cloakroom is a courtesy service for your convenience. Please take note of the following guidelines:
– Valuable items should not be left in the cloakroom.
– The organization is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any deposited item.

I lost my registration receipt with the locator number. How can I recover it?
You can recover your registration locator number through your registration manager.

Can I change my registration details?
Yes. If you made a mistake during registration, you can correct some details within the official “Registration Change Period.” After this period ends, no changes can be made. You can make changes through your registration manager.

What is the “Registration Change Period”?
The period ends on January 23rd, 2026. Any participant who wishes to make changes after this date must contact the organization, which will decide if the change is feasible.

Can I change my race distance?
Yes, before the deadline for registration changes (January 23, 2026). You can change your distance through your registration manager.

Do I have to pay to switch to a longer distance?
Yes, you must pay the price difference between your current distance and the new one.

Do I have to pay to switch to a shorter distance?
No, but please note that refunds will not be given for downgrades.

Can I run a different distance than the one I’m registered for?
No. Distance changes after the official deadline must be authorized by the organization. If a participant runs a distance different from the one assigned to their bib, they will be disqualified.

Can I transfer my registration to another participant?
Yes, you can transfer your registration by paying the corresponding fee until January 23, 2026.

How much does it cost to transfer my registration?
Transfers have a €5 management fee.

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you purchased the ProtectGroup refund service, please contact them directly.

When is the race?
March 1, 2026.

What time does the race start?
Start times are as follows:
• 16k: 9:00h
• 8k: 9:00h
• 5k: 9:00h

How do I access the start area?
The best option is public transport, Metro or Cercanías:
Metro:
• Lines 6, 10, R: Príncipe Pío Station
Cercanías:
• Line C-7: Príncipe Pío Station

Which parking areas are recommended?
We recommend NOT trying to park near the finish area, as the entire area will be closed until the end of the race.

Your bib number also serves as an entry for prize raffles, which will be announced later.

Where should I wear my bib?
On the chest. Covering the sponsor logos may result in disqualification.

Do I need to activate my chip?
NO, the chip is already active. Do not tamper with the chip attached to the back of your bib.

Is there a time limit to complete the race?
Yes, time limits for each distance are:
• 16K: 2 hours
• 8K: 2 hours
• 5K: 1.5 hours

How many water stations will there be?
Water will be available at the following kilometers:
• 16K: 8 km
• 8K: Finish line
• 5K: Finish line

Where is the finish line?
Explanada del Puente del Rey.

Can spectators be at the finish line?
Yes, the finish line area is long enough to accommodate spectators.

Can I cross the finish line with children, family, or friends who are not registered runners?
NO, access to the finish line for “Non-Runners” is strictly prohibited. Please respect this rule, as crossing with non-registered people would endanger the safety of the event.

What time does the event end?
The race will finish around 11:00, but there will be activities afterwards at the Explanada del Puente del Rey.

Trophies: Trophies will be awarded according to the race regulations on race day.
Prizes: Raffle prizes will be awarded on race day.

Official race diplomas will be available for download online in the Results section once the classifications are finalized.

Can I purchase official race photos?
Yes, after the race we will share a link.
